Angola Retreat Center is now open!
The Angola Retreat Center is located in historical downtown Angola, IN. The second floor has been remodel into an amazing quilting/craft retreat and meeting hall. This beautiful boutique quilting retreat caters to a small group of ladies, up to 12. So, gather a few of your closest friends and schedule a unique retreat experience!
We are located in historical downtown Angola, Indiana. East of I69 and South of I80, approximately 45 miles north of Fort Wayne, IN.
Enjoy a leisurely quilting retreat. This boutique retreat serves a small group of ladies. Accommodations up to 12 people, with your health & safety in mind. Sorry men, this is a ladies quilting retreat only, due to the sleeping accommodations and facilities. We cater to the ladies. You will check in at 2:00 pm and you can stay up at the retreat until 11:00 am check out time. Minimum stay is 4 people, two nights.
Feel free to sew as long as you like, shop at the Angola Quilt Shop downstairs, and enjoy delicious local cuisine or cook you own meals in the full kitchen.
Gather up your nearest and dearest friends and head to the Angola Retreat Center for a fun-filled quilting or craft retreat. Sew, relax and do a little more sewing. Bring your scrapbooks or favorite craft project. Shop at the many antique shops while you enjoy all that this remarkable town has to offer. Retreat quests will receive 10% off items in the quilt shop except clearance items.
You can bring your unfinished projects from home, or stop at the Angola Quilt Shop to purchase anything you may want to start something new. Your group is renting the entire upstairs above the quilt shop, which includes sewing/activity area, living room, dining area with full kitchen. When you are ready to turn in, you will sleep comfortable in our cozy beds just down the hall. No changing buildings. All the beds are new therapeutic beds with euro tops, very comfy! Ten full size and two twin beds. Our sleeping area is configured into four areas with three beds each upstairs. No private rooms. Ages 18 and over please.
There is a restroom just steps away with two private rooms, (not stalls) with three sinks. There are two private shower rooms.
Coffee and tea provided for your stay.
Lunch or dinner can be catered in from Caleo Café, Sutton Deli, and Monument Pizza or from many of the local restaurants. On the other hand, use the full kitchen.
The front of the building is limited to two hour parking. Long-term parking is located behind the building.
Retreat rate:
$75 per person, per-night – two-night minimum

Policies:
Angola Quilt Shop and Retreat Center is a smoke-free facility. No smoking or other use of tobacco products is permitted in any part of the building. Should smoking occur in the building, individuals will be asked to leave the premises and will be responsible for all costs incurred for cleaning service. Smoking must be eight feet away from the entrance doors.
Due to guests allergies Angola Retreat Center is a pet-free facility. Should pets be brought to the facility, the person responsible will be asked to leave the premises and will be responsible for cleaning costs. Sorry! No pets.
We understand that persons on retreat occasionally like to enjoy an alcoholic beverage. Wine glasses and glasses are in the cabinet. However, we discourage excessive alcohol consumption and reserve the right to remove any guest if you are disorderly.
Payment Schedule:
50 percent due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Damage deposit:
No damage deposit is due.
